“This hotel is amazing! It's right near the tram lines, but you can't hear them in the rooms. It is also across the street from Emeril's Delmonico. It is beautifully designed and decorated, with beautiful outdoor spaces. They are pet friendly, just make sure they know ahead of time. My dog is 75lbs, so big is fine.”

“The staff always greeted us when we passed through the lobby. Hailee (I think I spelled her name wrong.) asked us about our day, specific questions about what we had said we were going to do, and how many steps we had on our FitBits. It made us feel like she cared for us personally, though the hotel was full. Danny, in the lounge, knew our names after the first visit there, and even if she wasn't our wait-staff, always came over to say hello to us anyway. (She makes a mean Arnold Palmer, lol!) The gentleman who manned the breakfast was so friendly and kept everything spotless. He was a pleasure to speak with every morning. He wore a cross and his smiling face glowed. It was hands down, the best service we have had anywhere, and we travel quite a bit.”
