“Die ruhige Lage an in einem " Vorort " von Scharbeutz. Das ganze Personal und vor allem die Chefin Frau Neukirch war den Gästen außerordentlich aufmerksam gegenüber und hatte z.B. sehr interessante Informationen zur Ernährung parat. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist daher auch nicht mit dem allgemeinen Businessstandard zu vergleichen, sondern hat mit der Betonung auf Gesundheit und vielfach eigene Herstellung eine ganz ungewöhnliche Ausprägung.”
