“The swimming pool is under maintenance during our 2nigjts stay. They should schedule their cleaning time in earlier time or night when the guest are still sleeping. Because most of the guests preffer to swimm in the morning.”
“Staff were excellent at all times very polite although the food appeared to be well presented it was always served on cold plates which took the heat from the food the breakfast was ok if you had the eggs cooked by the chef in the breakfast room lifts operated well and quick overall not a bad stay quite expensive for the philopenes BUT maybe ok for Cebu I find best value in Dumaguete once again friendly helpful staff good local food just across the road if you want to try real philopenes food at it's best and very cheap ”
