“I chose the premier twin room and was given the top floor. Room was modern, clean and comfortable, size was good. Smiley staff that greet you almost everywhere at the entrance, lifts. It is a big hotel but it was not noisy or crowded and it was really good value for money for the price I paid. I had a great view because my room is on the top floor especially when it snowed heavily the following day that I stayed. There are 2 convenience store just across the road from the hotel which makes it very convenient. And I have to mention this, they have USB chargers port (a total of 5 ports!)in the room which is very convenient for us travellers, I don't even need a travel adaptor. We are a family of 4 and between us we have like 4 handphones, a laptop and ipad plus extra batteries to charge everyday, so this was really good for us.”
