“We arrived early for check in, but were given a room within half an hour, used the delightful pool area, (had it all to ourselves), an enjoyable evening meal in the bar, and totally relaxed before our flight early next morning. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff booked a taxi for us to the airport, and had helped us get the taxi from the airport when we arrived at Gatwick, all at discounted prices.
