“The hotel is very nice to offer all their guests complimentary night snack from 10pm to 12midnight daily. I stayed there for 3 nights and they changed their items (the way they cook it) everyday. The Operation Manager, Niels was also very responsive to our emails. He provided detailed information to our enquries. Can feel his passion for his job. He even created a "blog" for his guests to read. If you are staying in this hotel, remember to email him on how to access his "blog".”
“Near YuYuan metro station, exit 4, left turn, 300m ahead. About 10-15 mins walk to the Bund. There are quite a few good restaurants 5-10 mins walking distance. The hotel do not provide free breakfast but they do give free supper. Bed is soft and room mini bar is free. Room is clean and smoke feee.”

“I've tried out two hotels in a similar price class during earlier trips, but further north from the centre. This was by far the best. Very pleasant atmosphere, clean, free water, excellent breakfast with great coffee (espresso and the like) for a Chinese breakfast buffet. The nice thing is the terrace, which asked for great views on the Pudong skyline during breakfast. Or with a drink at night.”
“The room was clean and large, the shower hot and strong and the bed very comfortable . The location was excellent being a short walk to the number 10 line. Close to People Square. Breakfast was reasonable but very heavily focused on Japanese food and little focus on Western food. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.”
“Overall nice hotel. Personal is pleasant. They have evening snack for all guests and mini bar is free (sodas and a little snack). Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. Had some desserts though.”
