“First of, as many have said, location. You can't go wrong, Hiroshima Castle 5 minutes walking, the Peace memorial just minutes away opposite direction. I saw the top 4 out of 5 things to see within 2 hours. Also, I had a corner room so the view from the 24th floor was simply breathtaking. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. The more I travel in Japan, the more I realize that stars also means space. 3* will always be smaller than any 4* even with a great service. Speaking of which, I had no problem with the staff, very polite. Overall great value for the money. Would book again!”

“The view from our room was specular, one of the best we've ever had. In addition, our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. We slept so well. The location was great, near the Peace Park and shopping options. The staff was wonderfully helpful. We enjoyed both the Japanese breakfasts (our first) and the Western one. The view from the bar on the top floor was spectacular.”
“Fantastic location. Bus terminal next door with easy access from the airport. Close to the A dome, peace memorial park and museum, Hiroshima Castle. Aloft bakery is located near the base of hotel and is the best bakery in Japan. I stayed here in 2015 and didn't consider staying anywhere else in Hiroshima this time. Both times we have had amazing views from our room. I highly recommend this hotel”
“Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room had a very nice view on Hiroshima Castle and was big and nice, also with big bathroom. The Central Bus Station is also very near and you can reach everything by streetcar and bus. ”
“We had the Western breakfast and it was very good with great variety. The view of the castle from our room was magnificent, truly beautiful. We also used the spa facilities (paid for separately) which were so lovely and relaxing. The staff were so helpful.”
“Great hotel and highly recommended. Good location to walk to sights or shopping. Our 27th floor room gave great view out over Hiroshima Castle. Good breakfast selection and girl making the omelettes remembered our order each day. Easy brief walk to Peace Park and shopping streets/trams. Room size was really good (35m2)- had originally booked at Crowne Plaza but strange notes on our booking from the hotel chain suggested room size wasn't "ideal" for 2 people (22m2) so last minute change to Righa Royal - great decision”
“Perfect location for a quick stop in Hiroshima. You can visit the main tourist spots in town just within a walking distance. The rooms were very comfortable with good space. We had dinner in the Japanese restaurant in the 6th floor and was really good.”
