“Location was great but nothing much to see near the hotel, youd have to take a cab to go anywhere interesting. Ambience is modern, what you see is what you get. Bed is really comfy, like an orthopedic bed which suits my taste. Very very clean. No concerns about that. The gym had a few bits and bobs but okay for holiday fat shedding. The staff especially Usama, the security personnel, was very friendly and extremely helpful. The other reception guy was very helpful and patietnt as well. Even the housekeeping is friendly. Balcony room was good. Breakfast was vefy varied and good. Though i wanted to try their fresh pancakes, but when i come in at 630am theyre still not cooked :-( breakfast is 630 to 10.30am.”
“Great location, easy access to restaurants, bus and train station, Menara Mall etc. Hotel was very clean. Pool area was relaxing with Sun loungers that were very comfortable. Spa and massage were amazing! Staff were always helpful and friendly.”
