“The staff was great. We came in early and asked to leave our luggage, it was no trouble at all. The room was fine, it was small but just big enough for two people. The breakfast in the hotel was nice. The layout could be better, but the food was delicious and fresh. This hotel is in a very convenient location, just across from the station. It makes it a good base when visiting Niigata city.”

“The location was very convenient, being right across the street from the train station and one of the bus stations. There was a convenience store in the base of the hotel and many restaurants and shops in the area. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful in sending my bags by delivery service. I loved the fact that as a foreign resident of Japan I wasn't asked for my passport. I liked being able to control my room's temperature in the room. It was a hot and humid weekend and the AC worked very well. I ate at the hotel a couple of times. Breakfast was good, there was a nice assortment of food, both western and Japanese. I also had dinner in El Dorado and my meal was delicious and quite reasonably priced.”
