“The hotel in general is beautiful, especially the reception and the moorish café. The staff is extremely nice and helpful but there was one waiter who was extremely slow and another who just didn't bring us our order cause according to him he wasn't feeling well although he was serving others and he didn't even mind warming us even after an hour being thirsty in an extreme heat. Breakfast is pretty good, a lot of variation and some traditional Tunisian dishes are introduced. Cleaning staff brings in some little decoration details which is always pleasant. We ordered room service: food was good and the service was fast.”

“They upgraded me to this incredible yellow room that had a pool/sea view. Absolutely in love with the room. I think it was newly renovated. Huge balcony. Great decor and details. The property is huge. The gym was decent. Great breakfast buffet included.”
