“The staff was very friendly, room was very clean and always had clean linen and towels. Bed was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well which I am particular about. Easy access to parking. They also had a nice continental breakfast. Don’t expect The Cracker Barrel, but hey it’s free and who doesn’t like free!”

“This was the worst hotel staff I ever known I pull up at 1@m to book room so I go on like to book and ask the clerk date he says a date a month later so no refund or money back had been out of town on trip with me fiance and kids just wanted to rest so I had to pay for room on booking and at hotel so over 200 hundred dollars was spent this is ridiculous a sham now what if I was from another state and just didn't have it me fiance and kids would had been left in the cold don't go here if you have your family”

“The location was great for the things we wanted to do. Visiting family, touring Concord and Charlotte. The staff was very friendly. The pillows on the bed were very small. Bring your own if possible. The pressure for the shower was not great. There was more pressure from the sink. The pool was clean. Our evening swim was cold, but nice. There were more people than chairs. Overall cleanliness was good. There were hairs in our bathroom that weren't ours.That grossed me a little. There was some trash left under the edge of the bed. Nothing major. Breakfast was good. Overall the visit was good.”
