“We pulled into town super early (5:30 am), and I didn't want to wait until 3 or 4 pm to check in. I booked online and drove to the hotel. The front desk lady was extremely helpful, letting me know that the earliest I would probably be able to check in would be after 8 am because all of the rooms were booked, nobody had checked out yet, and housekeeping had not arrived yet so even if one of the rooms were empty - it would not be cleaned. I called the hotel around 8:30, not expecting a room right away, there had been a shift change and the new front desk lady knew who I was and let me know my room was ready. Not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing the hotel staff. I even got coupons for complimentary breakfast at the on-site restaurant.”
