“Despite having lived in several countries and visiting over 40 different ones, this is the first time in my life that I take the time to write a review. The only reason I decided to do it was due to the great experience my family and I had at the hotel. The staff (in particular a woman called Rebecca) went out of their way to make our stay increadible. Every time we asked for help (which believe me.... were quite a few) they went the extra mile to assist in the friendliest manner and did everything in their power to make us happy and feel at home. As mentioned before, it was specially Rebecca who we want to thank from the bottom of our hearts for everything she did for us (and more importantly.... the way she did it). It is thank to her that it was a great trip and I would never considering visiting any other hotel in Madrid from now on. Thank you!!”
