“The hotel was lovely. Nice little boutique hotel in a great location. Check in was prompt and easy and they explained everything we needed to know. Precious reviews had moaned about the size of the lift and rooms, but this is standard for Paris. They really added a nice touch to the room with rose petals on the bed. Hotel was quiet and our room felt really private. Cleaners were good, tidying up and even folding our clothes daily. The hotel is a short walk from the nearest metro and main attractions. The breakfast was really good as well and we were never left feeling hungry for the day ahead. The staff really helped us after we had a problem on the metro. The staff helped call the police for us and guide us to nearby stations. We always felt welcomed as we came back into the hotel, and the 24 hour reception and key drop made for evenings with little worry. Check out easy also with no hidden costs. Hotel let us store our bags all day whilst we went off sightseeing after check out which was again super helpful. Can't imagine staying anywhere else if we go back to Paris again.”
