“Chef was great-prepared eggs perfectly every morning and even came over to the table to ask if I was happy with the fried eggs! Vending machine very useful; staff so friendly and reception staff were also so complimentary about the little things - hair, nails, outfit etc. It definitely makes a guest feel welcome and appreciated :) Housekeeping was friendly too and always respected the privacy sign and made up the room promptly when the sign was removed.”
