“Possibly the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in - anywhere in the world! However, we were disappointed that the pool/beach facilities were 1.5km away from the hotel with no pool service etc. There is a shuttle service to the pool, however, there is a huge amount of work under way at the pool area, so be prepared for noise. Breakfast is good and served across the road from the main hotel. This is a very quiet area and while the hotel is beautiful, it is hard to relax when the pool/private beach are not attached to the hotel. However, we were reliably informed that a new pool and full service would be available at the hotel from 2018.”

“The bed! It was the most confortable bed we slept ever! The room itself was very cozy and confortable. Nice shower as well. The hotel is located in Tuan Chau island, where the ferry to Cat Ba departs, so that's a plus if you're thinking on going to Cat Ba.”

They'll get you from the hotel and take care of all your bags to be brought to the ship - Beds are amazing and rooms new and stylish - We enjoyed driving down from Hanoi one day earlier than our cruise departure as we did not want to wake up at 6am to do the ~4 hour drive. This was for us the better choice.”
“The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast with made to order eggs and fresh Vietnamese food as well as international breakfast bufffet. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They hotel provides transfers to the private beach and the cruise marina. You can also take a taxi to the amusement park from the hotel which is about 15 minutes away. I highly recommend Paradise suites hotel if you need to get away from busy Hanoi for few days and enjoy the wonderful, relaxing views of Ha long Bay.”

I had the most comfortable sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of treats and room service was fantastic.
