“We had such a wonderful time here, decided to extend for another night. We were offered a room upgrade for a very reasonable price. Room was huge and had all the comforts needed, bathroom was superb. We liked the spa and fitness facilities though unfortunately didn't even have chance to try out the pool. Hotel throws in free entry to the gardens and a boat trip in the canals.Staff were very friendly and attentive.Breakfast and afternoon tea as well as happy hour (which includes it's own buffet!) was excellent. Fiona in particular went above and beyond and made sure everything went perfectly. Can't wait for the chance to return to this hotel!”

“The location is quite unique for a high-class hotel in Suzhou: within the old city, with privileged access to Panmen Park next door, and with an outdoor swimming pool. In Old Town Suzhou, space is at a premium, and there is plenty of space at this hotel. I got one of the few rooms with a balcony which proved to be a wonderful hangout during the evening hours.”
“When we checked into the hotel, we were lucky enough to be given a room upgrade. The room was incredible, really spacious, with an outside garden area and large bathroom. The staff were all very helpful and friendly if you needed anything or just walking around the hotel. The weather was lovely, so we spent most of our time in the outdoor pool, which was perfect for the relaxing weekend away we wanted! We had breakfast in the hotel which had large windows with a lovely view of the hotel's gardens and there was lots of choice to eat with a mixture of Chinese and Western food. We would definitely stay at the Pan Pacific again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Suzhou.”
