Grounds were a fantastic surprise- beautiful and definitely cared for. Felt like a mini resort while we were there! Loved the history of the grounds and the bike rentals. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it was cleaned daily and looked nice.”
“The grounds are beautiful, the staff was extra nice. Room had everything we needed, including a refrig. The front office provided a wine opener and glasses (they only have their wine tasting on weeknights). Breakfast options included food for the vegan in our group, which was nice.”

“This hotel is a hidden gem - and by hidden, I mean I missed the first time around. It is off a main thoroughfare and highway, but is nestled in a cluster of mature trees and feels isolated and resort-like. The rooms are spacious suites with large bedrooms and sitting rooms, great work-space, really free Internet, comfy bed, and well-appointed bath. A TV in each room, with plenty of light and electrical outlets. The staff is courteous, friendly and accommodating. And the included breakfast is well above average with made to order eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other trimmings. It's very convenient to Santa Barbara and provides a great deal for the money.”
“Staff friendly, accommodating and helpful with restaurant choices. Breakfast, although not a huge range on offer, was made to order. Free wine every night (5-7 p.m.)! Pool and towels lovely and clean. A suite was good for 4 people. Comfy beds. Peaceful location in a bit of local history.”
