“The hotel is in a very convenient area with ferry, MTR, restaurants and everything you need. The management's concept of the hotel is very good, I would say one of the best in terms of customer caring. “This is a boutique hotel, its location is EXCELLENT. From the outside, it looks weird, but it is Hong Kong after all. Once you enter and go up to the lobby, you realize what an amazing job they have done with the space they had available. Super friendly staff, very clean rooms, lots of free stuff including snacks, drinks, and candy. It is perfect to visit LKF, Soho and it is also very close to the metro station.”

“I left my laptop at the hotel when I was already at the airport and Ian at the front desk did everything he could to help me get it back. Great service. I also that the room provides free drinks and other amenities to make the stay comfortable. I noted the hotel also offered self-laundry and happy hour however I didn't get to partake.”
