“The general manager was very helpful and professional when I brought one issue during the stay to her. It was our first time stay there during our Strawberry Park hot springs vacation to Steamboat Springs, I was not going back to this hotel when I experienced the issue but after she handled the issue professionally, I had much better experience and image of this hotel because of her management. The Betty"s diner waitresses were also all nice. If it hasn't been for the general manager I don't think I would have gone back to this hotel again.”
