“The second you walk into the Norfolk hotel,you are greeted with a warm welcome. The staff in all departments are very friendly,respectful and look after you extremely well. Everywhere is clean and nicely furnished,the rooms are of a generous size with very comfy beds. I was surprised to here the norfolk hotel is a two star,the Norfolk deserves three stars.”
“Good size bedroom and comfy bed. Low water pressure so shower poor, bathroom clean but very dated. Dining room looks more like a school dining room. Swimming pool is a decent size. All staff very friendly and helpful.”
