“The room was very comfortable, with nice outlook. The bar food was great and the bar was very cozy. Lots of nice places to relax throughout the hotel The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.”

“The hotel had plenty of character. It was nicely decorated ready for Christmas.”

“I loved that my dog could be with us on the trip and the bar and lounge were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. In particular when my car broke down I phoned and asked someone to check on my dog and they walked him for me and called me back to let me know he was ok which is above and beyond”

“The restaurant didn't open despite being booked it there so had to eat in the bar - menu was very limited and the food only average - the place was quite quiet which seemed to encourage the staff to have a party in the bar when then had clocked off which was somewhat unprofessional. The cooked breakfast wasn't fresh due to it being a buffet style and the scrambled eggs had a lovely skin on them - yummy! Reception staff were friendly though.”
