“On the way to Gillette from Yellowstone Nat. Park, we had car trouble and had to stay at Sheridan, Wyoming for the night. I called Motel 6 at Gillette at 5pm to let them know what had happened to us and to cancel the room but was told that I would still have to pay for the room as I should have rung them by 4pm. This was not possible as we did not know until 5pm that we would not have our car fixed until the next morning. Am not impressed with Motel 6 Chain at all.”
