“Reception staff and evening restaurant staff lovely and professional”
“The reception staff were very helpful and happy to come to the room to adjust the temp controls when I got stuck , showed us the room personally and called us a taxi when requested. They even kept the door open when we came in with loads of bags n my mobility impaired mum and dad so it was very thoughtful of them before even starting their shift. Very cheerful and polite. Free drinks in the room fridge and lovely selection of tea/coffee - had to ask for milk as that was missed. Lovely toiletries, comfy bed luxurious towels and no noise at all despite being placed in the room next to the restaurant. Slept very soundly”
