“Everything about the hotel was perfect. Can't believe it's a 4-star hotel with 5-star facilities. My family loved the hotel's public bath facilities, especially. We had rooms facing Mt. Fuji and were treated to a glorious sight on our last day. Beds were comfortable, shower facilities were excellent. The rooms were clean. Even the Japanese breakfast that we had was sumptuous. I read comments that say that there isn't variety. True about the Western menu because we're used to Western buffet style breakfasts. But the Japanese option was in another league altogether.”

“Great breakfast! Nice staffs! You can use hot spring for free The room is lager than general japan' room what I stayed and the things what in the room status are good!! There are not so small japaness garden and, you can see the fountain show at there every day. And they have other things to make the happy time during stay there. I hope to visit again!”
