“All staff except the receptionist were generally very unhelpful. The restaurant had very little food, we ended up ordering burgers which were described as 8oz and home made but were clearly processed. The meat was cheap and gristly and neither of us finished them. There were dirty dishes with food remnants on the floor outside our room upon checking in which were still there when checking out at which point they were pretty nasty. The bed in the room was very hard. One of the windows in the sea front room was loose. Cannot comment on breakfast as we left first thing the following morning. On the upside the hotel was spotlessly clean.”

“The bed was extra comfortable and the staff was very informative. The views from the room was bliss. What would have make it nirvana was if they had skimmed milk for the coffee in the morning especially with a Costa on premises. Sometimes it's just the little things that make the difference:)”
