Guests who do not show up by this time may not be served breakfast, and no refund will be given.<br><br>Dinner is served between 17:30 and 21:00. You must be at the restaurant by 20:00 to eat dinner. Guests who do not show up by this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.<br><br>The public bath is open 06:00-11:00 and 15:00-23:00. Please make sure to use the public bath during the opening hours.<br><br>If you wish to use the shuttle service from Arima Onsen Train Station, please call the property when you arrive at the station.<br><br>Please note that children 12 years and under cannot be accommodated in this property.<br><br>The entrance of the property is locked after 23:00 for security reasons. Guests going out after this time must notify the property staff.<br><br>An extra parking fee will be charged for buses including micro buses.

“The hotel’s facilities are top notch. Everything from the room to the sento was everything I had hoped for. Taiko no Yu also isn’tas far as it appears on Google Maps. Probably a 1-2 minute walk around the block. As a foreigner Itend to be wary of shared bathrooms but it was really comfortable. I learned that shared bathroom doesnt automatically mean shared toilet and the bathing facilities were very accessible not to mention really luxurious.”

“The staff is really excellent ! They have pick we up from the station , also send us back by limo. Also, they send us to the peak tram and take us back. All the room and the hotspring area is really clean. Actualy , the public gloden soup of Arima Onsen is not that nice, and a little dirty and too many people , so we strongly recommend you shoud have the hotspring inside of the hotel. We really like this hotle ,and have a realy good rest in it, thank you very much !”

“服务人员英文都不错，客房宽敞干净还很安静。第一次日本温泉体验很不错，内部设施很完善，连红外线桑拿都有，物品提供也很齐全，什么都有不用带就可以来泡温泉了。早餐还不错，早起泡个温泉再下来慢悠悠的吃早餐特别好！”
