“Friendly staff. Rooms are pretty good given the price. Bathroom is very clean. The carpet in the room looks very dirty tho. ”
“The location is about 5km from the city center. With Didi taxi, it costs about CNY 12 from the city center back to the hotel. Rice noodle is offered for breakfast and it tastes good. The hotel staffs are super friendly. Not sure if they can speak English since we are Chinese.”
“The ladies at the reception were very friendly and spoke enough English to understand each other. They were also very helpful with whatever we needed. We arranged 2 excursions at the reception, which went very well. The rooms are very spacious, with a nice bathroom and a balcony. We had a room in the second building. We stayed here 4 nights, which was perfect. Breakfast is buffet style and has enough choice, even some Western food, like toast and little sausages. And the famous Guilin noodles. It's a bit far from city center, but taxi's are very cheap. Around the corner there are several shops and restaurants and within 5-10 minutes there's a mall (with a Wal*Mart :-) ). In the alley next to it are lots of little restaurants, where you can have a good meal. The restaurant also provides dinner, but it depends on what's available. Not bad, but don't expect too much of it.”
