“Superfriendly stuff!!! Nice and very clean rooms. They provide a net sky tv channel where you can see good international movies in original language (mostly english). Breakfast was good. They offer rice, noodles, soups as well as toast toasts, jam, fruits and of course coffee and juice. The hotel stuff really wants to make sure you feel comfortable. They organize motorcycle for you and if you need a transportation to airport or wherever you want to go. We felt all the time very comfortable.”

“+ Super strong wifi (compared to other cities in Myanmar) + Staffs are friendly with good English. + Location: quite hard to find at first (inside corner, behind a building), but if you can read maps and google maps, it's not a big deal x Next time when I come back to Mandalay, I would still choose to stay here x”

“Super friendly and helpful staff always offered services with smile. Great breakfast buffet and they would keep refilling until breakfast finishes. Very clean room and well maintained facilities. Bed and pillows were soft but form in a comfortable way. Free welcome drinks, bottle water, and bicycles were offered. Centrally located. I would definitely stay there again when I go back. ”

“What a wonderful place to stay! Very friendly staff and so helpful..Even every morning the owner (together with manager) of the hotel was in the restaurant room walking around and helping his staff, asking guests how thy were doing and what the plans for the day were (as a foreighners, we found it very helpful and friendly, he helped us with advises etc)Good extended breakfast and during the day you can order nice meals for a very reasonable price!We even were lucky one day. We ordered a meal on the phone and we were invited to go and eat upstairs in the restaurant. Only one table was covered in the whole restaurant,the rest of the hall was prepared for some kind of festivity: it was a special day in Myanmar culture and the owner organized for all workers a special midday with some fun (and a little Buddhistic prayer) plus presents- we are grateful that we could witness the whole thing, was very touching to see it.Ma Shwe Li hotel = highly recommended!Verzonden vanuit Outlook”

“The Manager and the staff was very helpful. The morning lady receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurants and Groceries are within a few blocks. We had used the laundry service and the lady receptionist was very helpful with that. She even helped us book a van big enough for our group of 5 to go to the U-Bein bridge. The Manager was very friendly and attentive to us. They even recommended us some places to visit. Also I had a small incident at the lobby, I spilled some drink on my hand when I opened a soda, and I kinda ignored the spill on my hand, but one of the employees saw that and brought me a box of tissue. I thought that was really nice.”
