“During a previous stay at this location, we didn't have 2 sets of towels despite booking for 2. A call to the desk delivered towels over an hour later. Too late! This stay we had adequate towels and they upgraded us to a suite to make amends!”

“Comfortable room, great wifi, good bed. They provide shuttle services, so it was easy get from and to Boryspil Airport. Location is in the middle of nowhere, but it is close to the airport (5 mins by car) so very comfortable for overnight while waiting for flight. Very low price, and quality much higher than cost. For breakfast you order what you like from meniu, so everything is fresh - also good point. Friendly staff. They also have good restaurant besides hotel with very tasty grill dishes.”
