“The hotel is beautiful. It has a mix of the traditional and designy modern elements. The rooms were very nice; although views vary (more about that in the neg section). Bed was super comfy. Nice sheets, Loved the classical music playing in the background. Loved that there was a bathtub! Breakfast was very good. They have an egg/noodle station. I appreciated that a man took my order and had it delivered to my table, rather than having to stand there, in line, waiting. The hotel is in a great location if you're wanting a Bund stay. It's close to so many of the high end restaurants. Great tip: if you're wanting to get to People's Square or to Nanjing West shopping area, etc. Take the new express Bus 71 from Ya'nan Road. It shoots you along that road in minutes and costs 2 rmb!”
