“It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the excellent customer service from the chap on reception. I don't speak any French and asked him to book me a taxi which was difficult given the taxi firms were not picking up but he persevered and even knocked on my room to confirm it had been done. I stayed on 19/09/17.”
“The proximity to Palace de Versailles; close for leaving to park early before it opens-avoiding massive queueing! Apartment with separate bedrooms was great compared with triple or family room at most hotels. Staff very helpful - with advice and sorting problems.”

“Definitely not romantic, but the A/C worked and the room was very clean, comfortable and had a mini kitchenette. Apart from the wifi, it was an ideal stopover to visit Versailles. The lady managing the reception was also extremely helpful and friendly - a welcoming smile and a 'can do' attitude make an excellent impression! I would recommend this hotel if you have a car (assuming the wifi problem is temporary).”

“Can't fault this hotel at all - excellent value - all you could need in the room with the kitchenette, beautiful shower room & very comfy bed - really good size. Plenty of storage space & staff really helpful, thank you for a very pleasant 2 night stay. We used it to be near the Chateau at Versailles which was really convenient. Restaurant next door at neighbouring hotel which had a good menu.”
