“The staff were incredibly helpful and patient as I tried to learn my way around Paris. They were accommodating with airport shuttle arrangements, the wifi worked perfectly, there's a wonderful cafe right next door (open late) and my breakfast was enormous and served in the comfort of my room at the time I specified. I was queen for a day. I will definitely return to this hotel. The shower... was phenomenal!”

“We have requested a quiet room and it was indeed very quiet, which allowed us to get proper rest, despite central location. The bed is comfy, although it seemed too soft for my mum. The shower is very nice and spacious, although sometimes we had to wait a little for the water to get warm. The area is close to Opéra and shops, although it is not authentic as Canal Saint Martin and Mare. The staff were nice and welcoming. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would come back again (it was worth the value given the 44% discount)”
“Location was perfect for us as it was 500m from St Lazare train station and an easy walk to everywhere else that we wanted to visit. Lots of bars and restaurants around the area too. Lots of shops on the doorstep. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. ”
