“The staff was great. They gave us bottles of water when we arrived. I let them know that our door squeaked and within 30 minutes the handyman arrived to oil it. Sadly, I spilled my coffee in the morning. Fortunately the cleaning lady was right there and cleaned it up fast.”
“I liked that it was very close to Carlsbad Caverns--only 24 miles. It was also close to local restaurants and the downtown area. The swimming pool and hot tub were very clean. Our room was very clean when we arrived.”

“Great, warm outdoor pool good for kids and nice decor. Could use more luggage carts but clean, comfy and pleasant staff. Location is a bit out of the way of local restaurants, etc. but right on the way to the caverns, which is what we were interested in.”
