“PERFECT LOCATION TO TRAIN STATION SPOTLESS,BREAKFAST SUPERB AND FRESH”
“A good, quiet location, easy parking, our executive room had everything we could want, even a DVD player and an iron and ironing board, very rare to get these in a room. A very comfortable bed and pillows, and lots of little toiletry extras, and good hospitality tray. The staff were warm and friendly and we had an excellent breakfast. The 1200 noon check out was a bonus too.”
“We stayed Christmas Eve and night. On arrival in the room (which I'm certain was an upgrade) was a bottle of red wine, water and glasses and chocolate reindeer as a welcome. There was even a christmas card. These were such a thoughtful touch. Aside from the gifts, we had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much trouble even when we asked the cook if we could have fried bread! The hotel itself is right opposite New Theatre and only a five minute walk from the main shopping area. It's in a lovely area. This victorian hotel oozes character.”
“Everything especially the Steak and Guiness pie!”
“Parking Easy and free. Staff were all very lovely. Close to town and nice loction”
“The staff were wonderfully accommodating, and I loved my cosy room x”
“The location for Kingston Theatre and old town was excellent and easy access from the station. The bed was comfortable which seems like a given but is not. Many hotels advertise king size beds and it turns out to be two singles zipped together. Not the case here, very good. The bathroom had a nice bath and was nice and roomy.”
“Delightful small hotel. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. All I needed for an overnight business stay. Would certainly recommend.”
“A lovely period hotel in a great location ideal for exploring the City whilst being close to the theatres and shopping areas The hotel has been tastefully modernised and decorated to a high standard and during our stay we were very well looked after by caring professional staff The hotel offers a varied menu and the breakfast was well cooked and plentifull”
“Ideally situated for the New Theatre, was very nice, friendly with good food.”
