“The hotel has trendy decor but seems welcoming of all travellers (I saw large groups of families). The room was also larger than expected and I liked the layout (bathroom separated by a short corridor from main room... I like my privacy). They also offered nice extras like complimentary tea/coffee in the morning and a complimentary wine social happy hour between 5-6pm which we sadly could not take advantage of. Other amenities that made a difference were the cute bathrobes, ample closet space + hangers (I hate when there's only 3 hangers between 2 people!) and ironing board + iron in room (also hate having to call down to borrow one). But the best part of the stay was the staff - they were all exceptionally friendly but in an authentic way. We were always greeted when passing reception and even staff going about their daily business stopped to chat & crack jokes.”
