“What I like - Still the same like before, I felt even better this time. (1) Location - Just beside Penang Bridge, easy access to Penang island, airport. (2) Swimming Pool - Have 1 children pool also, my kids just love it (3) The staff - I had some difficulty while checking in, the Counter Manager, KEN, was excellent and being very helpful to settle my problem!! 5 stars service. (4) Parking is free and easy (5) Wifi is super fast (6) Connected to a big shopping mall (7) A lot of restaurants around the area. I will visit this hotel again.”
