“The pastries and cafe were very good. The free bikes were the best way to get around the town and the free use of the washing machine was very handy. The hotel is in a quiet area and access is easy. There is plenty of parking at the hotel parking area which is about 50 meters from the hotel entrance although you can load and unload at the front door. The WiFi was reasonably fast and reliable at around 7 Mb/s. The area is quiet and easy to access. The room was big and had plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. the staff were very friendly and helpful.”
“Our trip had some unexpected changes, and the staff was friendly and patient to solve the problem for us before departure. We forgot to turn off the car light, they checked the parking lot during the night and reminded us. The room is very big and comfortable!”
“I cannot speak too highly of this hotel and it staff. But will try. We arrived on the mornign of a typhoon and were greeted and shown our room at 9am. Breakfast was amazing, we were given bikes to ride, umbrellas, travel advice, weather advice more awesome breakfast. They arranged to heat up our emergency food and served us. They help booking a train and could not have more friendly and patient with our lack of chinese language skills.”

“This is a great hotel with a nice vibe. It has a French theme and there's a patisserie where you can indulge in the most amazing desserts you will find anywhere. The staff at this hotel helped us organise train tickets to our next destination which included checking timetables and actually going to buy our tickets! My wife and I will never forget the amazing staff at this hotel and it will be one of our best memories of Taiwan that we will take back to Australia.”
“This French themed hotel is very unique and interesting to find in Taitung. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast had good varieties. The attached patisserie provides great French pastries that becomes an enjoyment to have them in the similarly French decorated cafe.”

“Super cute giggly staff. We have no clue why they were so happy but it made everything very funny. The room was like experiencing a themed room. It was like visiting grandma's house. But this is not negative, it was quite fun. In the drawer we found a complimentary condom. something I never found before next to my complimentary toothbrush and comb. Oh, we left the condom were it was.. just imagine what the cleaning-staff would gossip about next day :)”
