“This is a lovely small hotel, like a B&B, in a renovated older house. My room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Kantplatz tram stop served by trams 4 and 5. Ten minutes tram ride to the central train station and downtown, five minutes to the medical school, where I was working. These trams also go directly to some of the major sights of Hanover including the the Herenhausen Palace and Gardens, and the Deutsche Caricature Museum. Several small restaurants are nearby (but no fine dining that I ever saw, that would be downtown). Highly recommended.”

The landlady is a very unique and very nice person, taking very good care of her guests. Furtermore it is good to know that the Hannover Zoo, Hannover Messe and the Flugluftfahrt museum are (very) nearby.”

“Sehr schöne ruhige Lage am Stadtwald im kleinen Villenviertel. Sehr gute Anbindung zum Zentrum und zur Autobahn. Das (kleine) Zimmer war schön möbliert mit hübschen modernen Kiefernmöbeln, schönen alten Lampen und sehr guten Matratzen. Es sind ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Das Glockengeläute der gegenüberliegenden Kirche um 8 Uhr hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört (empfinden Langschläfer aber vielleicht anders).”
