As we arrived almost midnight with empty belly, Thierry offered to cook something for us. Amazingly he made a superb supper, Tuna Carpaccio, mussels a la Thierry, Chicken with almond (maybe), and some softdrink... It was very warm hospitality and the best welcoming...”
