“This is a pure tourist place but I was aware of that before. Having a terrace and large swimming pool on a business trip is a definite plus. Getting into the breakfast room up to 45 mins before it officially opens wasn't a problem when I had early appointments. When I was there in Oct noisy night entertainment would typically end by 10:30-11 pm so getting proper rest wasn't an issue.”
“All staff was very friendly, food excellent, location really good only 5€ by taxi to get to the center of Puerto de la Cruz, free shuttle bus of the hotel was available, had a lovely time thank you ❤️”

“Excellent pool, very clean and well maintained with comfortable sunbeds. Very comfortable new beds mattresses. Internally conected comfortable family rooms. Rooms services every day. Free car park however limited number of spaces. Hard working staff doing their best to resolve any issue their guests may have. Big respect for them all.”
“on arrival to hotel we were greeted by a lovely member of staff check in was straight forward room was nice with lovely sea view the food was good we were all inclusive which included all named branded alcohol which is a bonus the staff are probably the most friendliest staff i have ever met apart from one the grey haired gentleman behind the bar who was very rude and had no personality if you were Spanish he was nice to them overall we enjoyed this hotel and i know it will get better will be back next year thankyou”
