Important Notice
- The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Orly Airport, the RER station Pont de Rungis, Parc Silic and Orlytech. The shuttle operates every hour between 09:00 and 17:00, and every 30 minutes outside of these hours. Reservation is not needed and guests should contact the hotel upon arrival to notify the hotel. The approximate wait time is 10-15 minutes.<br><br>The shuttle bus is available 24-hours if you reserve at check-in.<br><br>Please note that once you have checked out, you can leave their car in a secure parking at an extra charge.<br><br>Guests are required to show the credit card used for the reservation and a proof of identification, upon check-in.

Monsieur Abdel gave us shuttle rides when we needed it, and Madame Coco patiently helped us get ourselves oriented as we arrived having just lost our American Express card which was supposed to pay for our stay in Paris. She searched the internet to answer our questions, translated when needed, worked on the phone with American Express to get the charges approved (rates were reasonable), they both helped me get to Western Union when AmEx wired money to me, and then she gave us a map and showed us how to do a quick tour of the sites we wanted to see in Paris the next day. We brought them back some lovely macaroons from Ladurre to thank them. They were so gracious in our time of need!! The room is small but clean. The breakfast was way more than I expected - ham, cheese, baguettes and butter, croissants, pain au chocolat, coffee.”
