“Receptionist, Yunus, was extremely helpful. Helped to carry two heavy luggages up to top-most floor, both ways! We arranged to have a mail delivered to the hotel address for our pick up upon arrival. Manager, Saleh, informed me immediately when the letter arrived, and made sure the letter was ready for collection when we checked-in almost midnight. Breakfast array was adequate and satisfactory. Good airport shuttle arranged for night flight out, and they allowed us to use their facilities while waiting. Overall, I am pleased with the hotel service and location.”
