“The location is really excellent. 10 minutes walk from central Stockholm, yet a very recluded feeling. Also the rooms are very pleasant in a clean yet comfortable Scandinavian style.”
“A very good restaurant, and great surroundings for a walk.”
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen! Quiet location but easily walkable to Old Town etc, fabulous views, very helpful staff (I enquired about restaurant, within a few minutes I had an email confirming reservation at a superb restaurant downtown!). Highly recommended - will definitely be back!!”
“Breakfast is superb. Don’t miss it. Especially their home made fluffy butter and jam and Pate. The location is on a beautiful island yet 10 minutes walking to the center of town. The Modern Art Museum is right next door. Perfect. Good sized rooms. The bathroom is very nice. Lighting is poor though in the Bathroom. The complimentary Caramel toffee in the room was delicious. Thank you.”
“Breakfast and the restaurant with very inviting staff and service. Food very good. Front desk very helpful. Rooms very comfortable and no noise at all. Very relaxing to return to after walking throug the city. Felt like you went to the countryside away from the normal city”
“quirky setting, well designed rooms, excellent breakfast and evening meal,”
“A serene setting on an island away from hustle busle of city but easy to get everywhere on a shuttle ferry adjacent to the hotel.”
“The setting was very beautiful. Building very old but very modern on the inside. Staff were wounderful. It was easy to get all around the city by hopping on the ferry adjacent to the hotel.”
“Staff in all functions was pleasant, thoughtful and ready to help. Restaurant is high standard in quality and variety. Staff is outstanding!”
“We just loved this hotel. It was completely unique. An oasis but right near all the action. It was "cool" but also homey and no attitude. Pastoral and contemporary/urban at the same time. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure travelers. (Not so sure about business. Some Uber drivers could not find it, and it was a 10 minute walk to the mainland. No problem if you're vacationing but kind of a pain if you're running to a meeting.)”
