“The location is excellent being easy to find (albeit on a roundabout in the town) being only five minutes from the port and ferry. You have to park in the public bus pull in and go into the hotel for directions to their car park and for them to let you in which is not ideal, however once in the car park is very secure and the parking spaces large. The metro station with trains to Bilbao is only 75 metres away and the harbour area is a pleasant 15 - 20 minute stroll. Basically good for a night before taking ferry but no more”

“The staff were superb and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel is a little tired, but was adequate for an over night stay in preparation for catching the ferry home. There aren't any restaurants near by, it is a 20 minute walk into the main town. However the receptionist ordered a pizza on our behalf and it was delivered to the room!”
“The day manager was a really helpful and cheery chap, spoke great english so that really helps after a long day, and he was always smiling even at the end of a 12 hour shift! Secure underground garage, great breakfast, convenient lift to all activity levels from garage to reception to breakfast room to sleeping level. Terrific”

“The room was clean and silent, although the hotel is located directly on a busy street. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very simply. No fresh fruits or cheese or sausage. All tasted as bought in a supermarket. Coffee from a kind of Nespresso machine, but surprisingly very good.”
