“What did I like? Sad to say but the Staff and the Breakfast were the only 2 things I can Honestly say were, ok. Everything else was Bad, I mean not acceptable at any price: Bad. And just to be clear we stayed in the (Premier Double Bed Room), (We payed extra to include the Breakfast) and our stay was about $200+(USD) a night. Ok now lets get into the Unacceptable "Bad" Experience.”

“The breakfast was good, balance spread with lots of vegetables and fruits. Quite some choices for Japanese food as majority of the guests are Japanese. One of waitresses has excellecent service, very attentive and she knew my dad was sick. The Concierge was excellent too, he managed to tell us where not to go and suggest us other places to go. The location is good as it's within walking distance to MRT and there's a mid size mal just behind the hotels, many restaurants and convenience stores around, 2 hospitals and police station within walking distance. Overall, happy with the service.”
