“There were 4 of us travelling by motorcycle. The parking for the bikes was secure, safe and free of charge. The food cooked by the hotel owner was fantastic. The rooms were large, clean and airy. The room rate was good. The staff were engaging and spoke English well enough to have a good conversation whilst accommodating our attempts at German. The hotel is on the historic site of an old mill dating back to the 12th Century a small lake and country walks. It is away from Dulmen centre and is quiet at night.”
“The Teichsmuehle is charming and very comfortable. The restaurant offers local and regional specialities, and the staff go out of their way to make one's stay a success. The surroundings are typical for the Muensterland, and there are walks through a wooded area, along a millstream, and into the closest town,Duelmen. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with home made jams in large pots, all the breakfast delicacies of the region, and friendly service.”

“Food was modern, slightly unusual and very good. Hotel situated on a mill pond with lots of outside seating. Unfortunately it rained during our stay. Eating in the bar, rather than the restaurant has more atmosphere although the latter has the view. Hotel situated on a minor crossroad in the country”

“A friendly and well organised hotel. Staff were very helpful and they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Great location for hiking and cycling, the hotel has good bikes for residents' use. There are lots of well marked paths for walkers yet the hotel is not far from the town of Dulmen. Food in the hotel is really good and quality dishes are available. Breakfast is typically German, fresh and plentiful. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. A well organised hotel with excellent staff.”
