“We had room 203, great room, large, separate toilet to bathroom, good lighting, plenty of power points, excellent wifi, heated towl rail, bath, plenty of towels and toiletries, great view of square, professional staff, excellent restaurant with beautiful meals and variety, Breakfast was excellent thoroughly recommend”
“Very small elevator couldn't carry my baby stroller. The room without tissue however they gave it to me after asking for it but the receptionist said to me should I bring it with me!! No one help you with the luggage. Rooms which equipped with A.C in the 4th floor and the eleventh didn't arrive to this floor! So, you have to go to the third floor and carry your staff to your room in the 4th floor if you want room equipped with A.C !! Staff never smile :) No safety box in the room. No water heater in the room for tea or baby milk.”
