“I was upgraded to a junior suite without asking, and ended up being next to my family right in the next room/balcony. The front desk staff spoke good English and were friendly, helpful and accommodating (stored our bags while we looked around after check out). The view was beautiful, the balcony huge and beautifully landscaped with shrubbery, flowers and even a miniature orange with with several oranges. The room service was good, but the times were a bit limited.”

“What a hidden beauty it was ..... lovely location, overlooking beach and view of Santa Cruz castle. It was all amazing and also not far from airport or station. Very peaceful neighbourhood for nice walk and forest trail / track. Highly recommended and am certainly going back there again :)”
