“Right when we walked in the staff was super friendly and helpful! I was traveling with my mom and her dog Buddy and they gave two toys to Buddy and had treats for him. We were driving cross country from California so these extra touches and their kindness was greatly appreciated. The facility is beautiful and all of the dog amenities are amazing. This is definitely a hotel other hotels should copy for their service and pet facilities. LOVED staying here and will definitely be back!”
